DESCRIPTION:
 

Seeking a SEM Analyst who is able to contribute to strategy, marketing, execution and analysis.
- A passionate search marketer who is knowledgeable about best practices of SEM

- Strong understanding of Google’s algorithm

- Conduct market research - consumer requirements, determine market trends for growth

- Analyze market data from campaigns, web site traffic

- Understand competitors SEM strategies
- Detail-oriented, but can also balances these details with larger business objectives. 
- Quantitative, pragmatic, and methodical in their approach to SEM 
- Relentless when it comes to having high standards and are never satisfied with the status quo. 
- Invigorated, not intimidated by large volumes of data and keywords. 
- A self-starter who takes pride in being successful. 
- Results driven and have a strong business acumen. 
- A problem solver and have a genuine curiosity about how consumers search for information. 
- Able to work well with others and be a team player. 
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

- 3+ years of experience in SEM
- Proven success in implementing SEM strategy, paid search and social customer acquisition campaigns

- Client-side acquisition experience

- Advanced Excel

- Pivot tables

- V-lookups

- SEM reporting

 - Google Adwords

- Google Analytics Certified – an asset

- Analytical thinker

- Creative

- Clearly deliver insights and findings

- Ability to translate data from web analytics tools into actionable SEM and display strategies

- Entrepreneurial spirit - can work with minimal supervision and direction
- Team player who loves to share knowledge. 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
